Nervous System regulation is central to life and wellbeing. Living in fight or flight (hyper arousal) or Freeze (Hypo arousal), although there is a time and place for these states, ideally we don’t want to be stuck there.
The work of counsellors, psychotherapists, hypnotherapists and potentially breathwork, yoga, and mindfulness are all ways to support your nervous system balance. My work is not to replace this transformational work – instead, compliment it.
Collectively, through my work and personal life I am seeing such a need for safety, feeling safe within our body. We have been through so much – so this is understandable, we are humanBEINGS, not humanDOINGS.
Within Maslow’s Hierarchy of needs safety is the foundational principle – we can progress up until this basic need has been met. In other words, let’s stop trying to be unicorns until we have mastered being horses – and hey I think horses are quite magical anyway. Let’s find the magic in the perceived mundane – safety.
Who is the workshop for?
This workshop is for all women. As women we have unique hormonal rhythms and we are not just small men – so I will be talking a lot about our female uniqueness. This workshop is not focused at all on fertility, although arguably the nervous system is central fertile health.
I want to pass on this knowledge and expertise for a fraction of the cost and time it took me to acquire it.
I am Rosie Tadman and I am a Nutritional Therapist, Specialising in Female Health (DipCNM, BANT and CNHC registered). I have got 7+ years post-qualification experience after studying Nutritional Therapy for 3 years at the prestigious CNM, London.
I have spent 1000s of Hours in clinics with women supporting their health, hormones and overall health.
I have also spent £1000’s on becoming a nutritional therapist and I continue to invest money in the best training every year to ensure I stay up to date with the latest research and evidence.
