Nutrition to Support Endometriosis
(Online and pre-recorded - can be accessed immediately)

Endometriosis is a complex condition that affects 1 in 10 women—yet we still don’t fully understand why it develops. What we do know is that it’s multifactorial, often involving immune dysregulation, gut imbalances, chronic inflammation, and oestrogen playing a kind of ‘fuel-on-the-fire’ role.

Over my 8+ years as a registered Nutritional Therapist, I’ve worked with many women navigating endometriosis. I’ve witnessed firsthand how nutritional therapy can help reduce pain, ease symptoms, and slow progression. But I’ve also seen the harm of overly restrictive diets driven by fear and the belief that your body is broken.

Let me be clear: you are not broken. You are likely a deeply sensitive woman living in a noisy, fast-paced world—and you deserve care, nourishment, and support that honours your whole self.

In this session, I’ll share:

  • How nutrition and gut health can influence endometriosis
  • What to eat (and not eat) without spiralling into restriction
  • Why anti-inflammatory support matters
  • The role of oestogen and how to gently open ‘drainage pathways’ (you’ll learn what that is) to support symptoms
  • How to approach food with self-compassion, not self-criticism

My approach is rooted in wholeness, not “fixing.” This is a space free of diet culture, where no food is morally “good” or “bad.” Just insight, support, and gentle science-backed guidance.
